Ø 3.0 m — one rigid shape, two depths
The Hippool Circle is built the same way at every size: rigid drop-stitch walls that hold their own once they're up — no metal frame to rust, no bracing, no bolts to tighten each season. It ships with an electric pump, so there's nothing extra to buy just to get it up and holding water. This is the Ø 3.0 m (7.07 m² of water). Pick the depth that suits your backyard, not the closest size someone else had in stock.
Built to hold its shape
Drop-stitch pools like the Circle run 8-15 PSI — high enough to stay rigid under pressure, low enough that a puncture is a patch job, not a write-off. Sturdy enough to sit on the edge, dog included. There's no metal frame underneath to rust or warp over time.
Setup
No tools, one pump. Setup takes around 45 minutes, working solo with the pump in the box.
It does its best work on a level base — decking, pavers, gravel, sand or flat grass all work. Check yours is level before you start filling.
Which depth should I get?
Another size? The Ø 4.0 m (12.57 m²) is the size most families swim in day to day. The Ø 5.0 m (19.63 m²) is for the days the whole street turns up.
Depth. 120 cm fills, drains and heats faster. 150 cm gives you more water to actually swim in. Both depths use the same rigid drop-stitch build.

Every Hippool holds water deeper than 300 mm, and that’s the depth at which pool barrier laws are triggered in every Australian state and territory — portable and inflatable pools included. Can it puncture?
It’s rigid, not indestructible — a sharp object can still damage it, which is why every pool ships with a repair kit. Drop-stitch construction just means it won’t sag or go soft the way a basic inflatable does.
My ground isn’t perfectly flat?
See our ground check above — most backyards are fine, and the ground mat handles the rest.
What do I do with it in the off-season?
It deflates and folds flat. No permanent structure to dismantle. Where winters stay mild, you can leave it up year-round; where they freeze, take it down before the first frost — ice is what splits a pool wall.
How do I keep the water clean?
