Warranty & your rights

Hippool is a brand of BME Consulting, a French company. There is no United States establishment: your contract is with a French company.
In plain terms
- We do not give a manufacturer’s warranty of our own. What protects you is the law of your state.
- We do not disclaim, limit or shorten any of those rights — and nothing on this page reduces them.
- If something is wrong with your pool, one e-mail starts it: contact@hippool.com.
1. Who you bought from
The seller is BME Consulting, a French société à responsabilité limitée, Lyon Trade and Companies Register 754 058 410, 113 rue Marietton, 69009 Lyon, France. There is no United States establishment.
2. Your rights under state law
Your protection comes from the law of your state — including the implied warranty of merchantability that applies to goods sold by a merchant, and any other implied warranty your state recognises.
Because we give no written warranty of our own, the duration of those implied warranties is the one your state law sets — not one we choose. We do not shorten it, and we do not ask you to give it up.
Your rights vary from state to state.
3. If something is wrong with your pool
Write to contact@hippool.com with your order number and a photograph of the problem, or to Hippool — BME Consulting, 113 rue Marietton, 69009 Lyon, France. We reply within 48 hours.
We will look at it with you and say plainly what we can do. Telling us early, with a photograph, is what makes a fault straightforward to deal with.
4. Changing your mind
Separate from anything above, and not a fault: you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. You pay the cost of sending the pool back, and we confirm that cost with you before you send it. See Shipping & Returns.
5. Pool safety
Pool barrier rules in the United States are set by your state, and often by your county or city. They differ from one to the next, and a portable pool is not always exempt. Check the rules that apply where you live before you buy.
Never leave a child unsupervised in or near the water. Empty or cover the pool when it is not in use.
