Green water is almost always sunlight plus stagnant water, not a sign anything’s wrong with the pool. The fix is filtration and a cover, not a bigger dose of chemicals — run a filter, keep it covered between swims, and treat it the way you’d treat any above-ground pool.

Yes to a filter — it’s what actually keeps the water usable, not optional. A light chemical routine (chlorine or a saltwater system) on top of that is standard practice for any pool, drop-stitch or not.

Yes — that’s the point. A Hippool is built to stay up and filled for the whole season, not deflate-and-reinflate daily like a beach toy. Our thermal cover helps hold the heat in and cut down evaporation between swims — it's not a debris cover, so you'll still want to skim now and then.

Where winters stay mild, plenty of owners leave it up year-round. Where they freeze, take it down before the first frost — ice is what splits a pool wall. Either way it stores dry and folded, and the fold-flat design means no shed extension required.

Deflate it fully, let it dry completely to avoid mildew, then fold it flat — no frame to disassemble, no poles to lose. It stores on a shelf, not in the corner of the garage taking up a car space.

We ship to the countries you can select at checkout — exact origin and delivery windows are confirmed at checkout, since they vary by region. We’d rather show you the real number before you pay than promise one upfront and miss it.

Contact us with photos and your order number — we’ll sort a replacement part or pool, not a lecture about packaging. Spare parts are kept in stock specifically so a damaged part doesn’t mean a damaged summer.

A faulty or not-as-described pool is always covered by your consumer rights — the Terms for your country set out which law applies and what it gives you, including any cooling-off period. A change-of-mind return once it’s filled with water is a different question, and it’s one we haven’t finalised — we’d rather say that plainly than promise a policy we can’t yet back.

Yes — valves, fittings and repair patches are kept in stock, not sourced to order after the fact. A worn part shouldn’t mean a whole new pool.

It can be, under the same rule as any pool: active, constant adult supervision. A Hippool’s rigid wall and flat waterline are steady underfoot, but no design replaces watching young children near water.

Yes, always, no exceptions — the same as any pool holding water, rigid or inflatable. Never leave children unattended near it, even for a minute, even if it looks shallow.

Even shallow water is a drowning risk for toddlers — depth isn’t the safety line, supervision is. Check the exact depth for your model on its product page or the size guide before deciding who swims unsupervised (nobody, at that age).

Material certifications are being finalised with our suppliers — we’ll publish exact specs once confirmed rather than describe them loosely now. In the meantime: this is a soft-sided drop-stitch pool, the same family-use category as any above-ground pool on the market.
