Terms of Sale

Hippool is a brand of BME Consulting, a French company. There is no United States establishment: your contract is with a French company.

In plain terms

  • You buy from a French company, BME Consulting, trading as Hippool.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
  • We ship within 30 days, or we tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
  • You have 30 days to change your mind. You pay the return shipping.
  • Nothing here takes away the rights your state law gives you.

1. Who you are buying from

BME Consulting, a French société à responsabilité limitée, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 754 058 410, registered office 113 rue Marietton, 69009 Lyon, France. Contact: contact@hippool.com.

2. When your order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.

The price you see includes every charge we levy. We do not add a fee at the end that was not visible at the start.

4. Delivery

We ship within 30 days of your order. If we cannot, we will tell you before that deadline, give you a revised date, and offer you the choice between accepting it and cancelling for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns.

5. Changing your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. You pay the cost of sending the pool back, and we confirm that cost with you before you send it. See Shipping & Returns.

6. Your state-law rights

We do not add a manufacturer’s warranty of our own. What protects you is the law of your state, including the implied warranties that come with goods sold there. We do not ask you to give those up. See Warranty.

7. Safety

A Hippool holds water deep enough for pool barrier rules to apply in many places. Those rules are set by your state and often by your county or city, and they differ from one to the next. Check the rules that apply where you live before you buy. Never leave a child unsupervised in or near the water.

8. If something goes wrong

Write to contact@hippool.com. We answer within 48 hours and we would always rather sort a problem out directly than argue about it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
