Every order gets a confirmation email with a link to its own status page. That link is the tracking — it shows where your order stands, and it updates on its own. No account, no password.
Find the link
- Search your inbox for your order number (it starts with #).
- No luck? Check spam and promotions — order confirmations land there more often than they should.
- Still nothing? Write to us. We’ll send the link again.
What the statuses mean
- Confirmed — we have your order and payment. Nothing more is needed from you.
- Preparing — your pool is being picked and packed.
- Shipped — it has left the warehouse. The status page carries the carrier details from here.
- Delivered — signed for at the address you gave us.
Delivery timing, and what happens if something arrives damaged, are on our Shipping & Returns page — one page, so there is only one answer.
If something looks wrong
Write to us with your order number and tell us what you’re seeing. A real person answers, and we reply within 48 hours. Contact us.
