Straight answer: yes. Some of the lifestyle images on this site — pools set up in backyards, families enjoying the water — are created with the help of generative AI. They show how a Hippool feels once it’s set up, not a photograph of any specific pool we’ve delivered, and not a photograph of our customers.
Diagrams are illustrations too
The same goes for technical diagrams like the drop-stitch wall cross-section on our Technology page — they’re drawings built to explain how the pool is constructed, not photographs of a wall we’ve cut open.
What’s never generated
Where an image claims to show something you could check with your own eyes — a product detail, a measurement, what’s actually in the box — that’s the one place AI has no business being. Until we’re photographing our own stock, we use clearly-marked diagrams instead of guessing. Real photography replaces every one of them as stock arrives.
